1. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by Blue Box Sales Company Ltd

2. All copyrights to "BlueBoxPHP" are exclusively owned by the author.

3. Anyone may use the Freeware version of this software for an unlimited period. if you wish to use the Professional version of "BlueBoxPHP", you MUST obtain a valid license.

4. Unless explicitly stated above, Blue Box Sales Company Ltd does not grant permis-
sion to distribute the software for profit in any form, including but not limited to, elec-
tronic information service distribution, bulletin board distribution, and magnetic or optical
medium distribution. Non-profit distribution of the software is additionally restricted in the
same manner.

5. "BlueBoxPHP" IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EX-
PRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE "BlueBoxPHP" AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE
AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS
OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

6. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disas-
semble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer this program, or any subset of
the program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized
use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in
criminal and/or civil prosecution.

7. The terms of this license, as well as the "BlueBoxPHP" interface design are subject to
changes in future versions of "BlueBoxPHP".

8. Installing and using "BlueBoxPHP" signifies acceptance of these terms and condi-
tions of the license.

9. If you do not agree with the terms of this license or if the terms of this license con-
tradict with your local laws, you must remove "BlueBoxPHP" files from your storage de-
vices and cease to use the product.
